Luxury doesn’t have to be lavish. The new 24-story, boutique condominium building 4 East Elm will give residents high-end perks like a central Gold Coast location and superior amenities with the benefits of a cost- and maintenance-reducing, energy-efficient building design. The 35-unit building will feature an indoor parking garage, outdoor pool and spa, gym, screening room and conference room and is being designed to meet LEED certification standards.

Lightswitch has joined architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz and interior designer Gary Lee Partners to design the lighting and controls for the lobby, common spaces, unit interiors, circulation spaces and parking garage. With LEED certification in mind, we are designing an energy-efficient lighting plan that maximizes daylight and reduces the lighting load through the use of controls.

The building is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by early 2016.
