Kerri Callahan is a seasoned architect and interior design professional with expertise in programming, design, project management and universal design/ accessibility. Her skills in addressing user programs and integrating them into the design of complex, phased projects allows the creation of flexible interior environments, many involving LEED certification and documentation. These thoughtful, creative designs are enriched by her expertise in construction administration and her ability to lead high-visibility projects. She won the 2007 AIA Chicago Sustainable Design Award and the 2007 Barrier-Free America Award for the Paralyzed Veterans of America. Her work in universal design and accessibility principles has led to high-visibility projects for the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and Access Living in Chicago as well as various colleges and universities in the Chicago area.
